My story

Starting a new relationship during a world pandemic has brought me where I am now. Being a coach has not been on my list and kind of naturally flowed towards me. Listening to a podcast interview of Layla Martin has sparked my interest in the relationship work. My partner and I then used some of her tools and we found each other in a deeper, more connected, and more loving relationship. Seeing how easy it can be, I decided to attend her training to learn more about it. Along the way I was so intrigued by the work and decided that I want everyone to know about it to have the chance to create a beautiful relationship with epic sex in their lives and I became a coach.

Restorative Yin & Sound

In this mini retreat, we will release the tension that sits deep within the body using the very gentle movements of Yin Yoga. These nourishing movements allow you to soften into a pose and fully reset. The addition of healing sound and a guided meditation will allow your mind to slow down, and the Reiki Energy to nourish your soul.

Couples Coaching

I am currently specializing in couples coaching and created a short survey to identify the needs of couples and the areas of most struggle. My goal is to help couples find their spark again and by understanding relationships on a deeper level I can be more of service to them.
